Drake - Views (Album Stream)

Finally. I'm not gonna write much, but I would've bought this album solely off the strength of "Summer Sixteen" and "One Dance". Unfortunately "Summer Sixteen" didn't make the cut. "Views" is a nice and well rounded 20 track album with features from Pimp C, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and a new one from Rihanna. What you guys think?

Hello, World!

Video: Drake - Hotline Bling

The world just can't get enough of this song, it's in everybody's head and it won't get out, probably for a long time. Who knew this SoundCloud release would spawn a #1 hit and a Director X video? Who knew a sample from D.R.A.M.'s "Cha Cha" would create this? Drake is a mastermind! The video is funny as shit and matches the chill vibe of Aubrey's monster (stolen) hit.

Video: Majid Jordan - My Love ft. Drake

Next up out of the OVO camp is R&B pop singer/producer duo Majid Jordan. They've actually been around the crew for awhile, being featured on Drake's "Hold On We're Going Home". "My Love" is their first single off their upcoming album.  Dope, sleek, sexy, the beat is sick, a little too advanced for radio play but hopefully it catches on. This song's been on repeat ever since premiering on the Beats 1 Radio show back in July.

Drake - Hotline Bling (Cha Cha Remix)

Drake was busy this weekend, the 6 God released 3 new tracks on the Beats 1 OVO Radio Show. The most notable was "Charged Up", his sorta acknowledgment/subtle diss to Meek Mill, but the other of note is "Hotline Bling", basically Drake's reinvision of the homie D.R.A.M.'s monster hit "I Like to Cha Cha", whaaaaaaatttt! The "Cha Cha" is taking over!!! Not much of a remix like the cover art suggests but a fresh new song with the usual Drake rap/sing combo. What do you think?

Big Sean - Blessings (Remix) ft. Kanye West and Drake

"Blessings" is the follow up to Sean's smash single "IDFWU" featuring Drake and a new verse from Yeezus himself. Produced by Boi-1da, this could be very well mixed up with Drake's very own song, but Big Sean holds his own on the track. Sean is trying to insert himself in that top tier of rappers conversation. His third album "Dark Sky Paradise" drops at the end of February.
